The **Eastern Cape Liquor Board (ECLB)** is offering **17 Project Facilitator positions** and **11 Internship opportunities** with a monthly stipend of **R6,500** for **24 months**. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in various sectors and contribute to the Alcohol Harm Reduction Project implemented at higher education institutions across the Eastern Cape Province.


### Internship Programme – 11 Posts | **R6,500 per month x 24 months**


The ECLB Internship Programme is designed for **unemployed graduates** who have completed a **Degree, National Diploma (NQF 6), Honours, or Master's** in the following fields:


1. **Human Resources Management/Organisational Development/Industrial Psychology**

2. **Supply Chain Management/Logistics**

3. **Business Administration/Public Management/Management Sciences/Social Sciences**

4. **ICT/Computer Science/Database/System Development**

5. **Legal Services/Legal Secretary/Paralegal**

6. **Financial Management**

7. **Public Relations/Communication Science/Journalism**


Successful applicants will receive **on-the-job training** and valuable exposure to key business processes in the public service sector. The goal is to equip interns with the skills and experience required to enter the formal job market. 


### Project Facilitators – 17 Posts | **R6,500 per month x 24 months**


The **Project Facilitator** positions offer an excellent opportunity to be involved in the **Alcohol Harm Reduction Project**. Applicants will be responsible for driving the **anti-alcohol abuse campaign** and managing projects across various university departments. Key responsibilities include:


- **Leading and coordinating** anti-alcohol abuse initiatives in universities

- **Providing feedback** and reporting to the Social Accountability Division

- **Planning and managing** events and services with external stakeholders

- **Motivating team members** and students

- **Delivering impactful anti-alcohol abuse messages** across multiple platforms


### Application Requirements


To qualify for either of these opportunities, candidates must meet the following requirements:


- Be an **unemployed graduate** aged between **18 and 35**

- Have a **Matric/Grade 12** certificate

- Hold a **Degree, National Diploma (NQF 6), Honours, or Master’s** in the relevant field

- Be a **South African citizen**

- Have **not previously participated** in an internship in the Public Service
