**Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme Opportunity with AA**

The Youth Employment Services (YES) programme is now offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed candidates to gain practical experience within various business areas at the Automobile Association (AA). This 12-month work-based programme is designed to equip young people with the skills and exposure they need to excel in today’s competitive job market.

**What is the YES Programme?**

The YES initiative is a collaborative effort between the private sector and the government, aimed at tackling youth unemployment in South Africa. Through this programme, eligible youth are provided with work experience, which can significantly improve their chances of securing long-term employment.

**Who Can Apply?**

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Be a South African citizen
- Be a Black youth, aged between 18 and 35
- Currently unemployed
- Hold a valid Matric certificate
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
