### 1. **Position: Temporary Personal Assistant to Executive – Core Business**

As the **Personal Assistant to the Executive**, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage executive schedules and organize meetings.

- Handle confidential documents and communication.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Support the Executive with task prioritization and time management.


**Minimum Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
