### Minimum Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (NQF 6) – Light Current or Heavy Current
- OR National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (NQF 6)

No prior experience is required. Applicants will be selected through a comprehensive recruitment process, with successful candidates joining our team.

### Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate in Training, you’ll be expected to:
- **Provide Technical Support:** Assist in planning, technical work, and maintaining project schedules.
- **Apply Engineering Standards:** Utilize electrical or mechanical engineering tools and adhere to PRASA standards across projects.
- **Contribute to Project Design:** Participate in design planning, development strategies, and execution phases.
- **Ensure Safety & Compliance:** Align with safety protocols and legal regulations, including the Labour Relations Act, PFMA, and OHS.
### Training & Knowledge Areas
Successful candidates will receive training in essential areas, including:
- Project Management and Contract Management
- Key legal and safety requirements: PFMA, OHS, Labour Relations Act 85, SABS, NOSA, and RSR
- Environmental regulations and municipal bylaws
