Kiosk Assistant - East London
- Deliver optimal customer service to customers, staff members, regional offices members, non-members, and trainees.
- Share customer feedback with team members to ensure customer service is improved.
- Take initiative in noticing and addressing poor service delivery.
Have adequate knowledge of the different departments within TCG.
- Be able to resolve queries correctly and within the agreed SLA.
Log all incoming requests or queries irrespective of the channel of submission.
- Offer first-line support and resolution to all TCG customers and other stakeholders.
-Follow up on all open and pending cases on a daily basis.
Answer correspondence accurately and professionally.
- Where necessary, research required information using available resources.
- Provide product and service information.
- Handle and resolve member, stakeholder and customer complaints and identify and escalate priority issues.
- Strictly adhere to contact center schedule
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate, Grade 12, or similar qualification.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience in the courier industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Drivers license will be beneficial.
