### **Property Administrator - Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Service-Oriented:** Communicate effectively with clients and provide high-quality service to meet their needs.

- **Administrative Excellence:** Maintain organized files and records, ensuring accurate documentation.

- **Telephone & Social Media Savvy:** Answer calls professionally and assist in maintaining social media presence to boost brand visibility.

- **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and data handling to support smooth operations.

- **Problem Solving & Initiative:** Tackle challenges head-on with a proactive approach.

- **Multitasking & Time Management:** Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

### **Qualifications & Requirements**

- **Age:** Under 29  

- **Languages:** Proficient in **Afrikaans** and **English**  

- **Location:** Living near Doringkloof or Midstream  

- **Own Vehicle:** Must have reliable transportation  

- **Tech Skills:** Familiarity with social media platforms and general technology  

- **Soft Skills:** Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
