**Position:** Internship Mentor – Film & TV Production

### Key Responsibilities:

As a mentor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young professionals in the industry. Here’s what you’ll be doing:


- **Provide Guidance:** Offer advice on career development, current industry trends, and networking strategies to help interns gain a foothold in the industry.

- **Share Expertise:** Use your experience in filmmaking, directing, producing, scriptwriting, and post-production to enhance the interns' skills and understanding of the field.

- **Offer Support:** Give constructive feedback, assist with problem-solving, and encourage creative thinking to bring out the best in every intern.

- **Facilitate Networking:** Help interns build valuable connections by introducing them to industry professionals and potential employers.


### Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:


- **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in Film & TV Production.

- **Strong Communication Skills:** Ability to clearly and effectively share knowledge and provide constructive feedback.

- **Passion for Mentoring:** Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young talent and fostering a positive learning environment.

- **Time Commitment:** Willingness to dedicate consistent time to mentorship activities.
