**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. PSIRA Certification:**
- Possession of a valid PSIRA certification is mandatory.
**2. Armed Response Competency:**
- Must be proficient in handling a handgun for commercial security purposes.
**3. Physical Fitness & Agility:**
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and agility to handle physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, running, and responding to emergencies.
**4. Security Expertise:**
- Proficiency in risk assessment, threat analysis, and implementing security protocols.
- Experience with surveillance techniques, access control, and perimeter defense strategies.
**5. Communication Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure in high-stress situations.
**6. Discretion & Professionalism:**
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Professional appearance with the capacity to represent the company and its clients with integrity and respect.
**7. Teamwork & Collaboration:**

- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by client schedules.
