We are seeking highly motivated, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents.

**Position Overview:**

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling and cross-selling the Bank's products and services, while building long-term, profitable customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Actively sell and promote ZICB's products and services.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the Bank's growth.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct sales.

- Lumwana

- Luangwa

**Remuneration:**

- Commission-based compensation.
