**Position Overviews:**


1. **Senior Evaluation Specialist**

   - Lead evaluation design, implementation, and analysis.

   - Provide technical guidance and ensure quality standards.

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.


2. **Capacity Development and Localization Specialist**

   - Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives.

   - Foster local partnerships and enhance stakeholder engagement.

   - Promote sustainable development practices and localization strategies.


3. **Events Specialist**

   - Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions.

   - Manage logistics, communications, and participant engagement.

   - Ensure successful event execution and post-event evaluation.


4. **Driver/Logistics Assistant**

   - Provide reliable transportation and logistical support.

   - Maintain vehicle safety and manage transportation schedules.

   - Assist with office logistics and administrative tasks.
