**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain inventory levels.

- Process and record incoming and outgoing stock.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Utilize warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Perform administrative tasks as required.

- Operate within a rotating shift system.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

- Tertiary qualification in a related field is an advantage.

- Strong administrative skills.

- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Experience with warehouse management systems is essential.

- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Adaptability to work within a rotating shift system.
