**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of warehouse stock.

- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and machinery.

- Accurately document cargo transfers and receipts according to company policies and procedures.

- Conduct scheduled stock takes and cycle counts.

- Implement proper product handling practices at all times.

- Manage labor control and practices in compliance with the BCEA and LRA.

- Supervise machinery, operators, and warehouse staff.

- Maintain accurate reporting and information management.

- Enforce employee discipline and control in line with company standards.

- Perform general duties as instructed by the Senior Manager.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

- 2-5 years of experience in warehousing.

- Proficiency in computer skills.

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, motivation, and planning skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety requirements.

- Proactive problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of general building maintenance, including electricity, plumbing, painting, and building experience.

- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.

- Valid EB driver's license.
