**Job Purpose:**

As a Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator at Barron, you will be responsible for efficiently transporting stock within our warehouse by operating various MHE trucks. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring timely stock management.

**Job Objectives:**

**Receiving Stock:**

- Unload stock from trucks into the receiving bay.

- Move stock from the receiving bay to the staging area.

**Put Away:**

- Transfer stock from the receiving bay to the designated PND area (aisle location) as directed by the warehouse scanner.

- Collect stock from PND as prompted by the scanner, transport it to the specified location, scan the location, offload, and confirm the quantity to the scanner.

**Collecting Stock for Orders or Replenishment:**

- Receive scanner prompts to collect stock.

- Retrieve stock from the designated location, scan the bin location, and enter the quantity.

- Transport stock to the relevant PND area and scan the location to close the request in the system.

- Move stock from the PND location to the stock staging area.

**Truck Maintenance:**

- Ensure that vehicles, machinery, and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an MHE operator or similar role.

- Valid MHE license.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanners.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
