**About the Programme:**

SpecCon Holdings is excited to offer a New Venture Learnership Programme aimed at empowering young African males and females with disabilities. This learnership is a fantastic opportunity to gain a recognized qualification (NQF 4) and acquire valuable skills and experience in the Wholesale & Retail industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops.

- Engage in on-the-job training and apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate with mentors and team members to achieve learning and project goals.

- Adhere to company policies and standards while performing assigned tasks.

**Requirements:**

- Must be an African male or female aged between 18-29 years.

- Must have a disability (please provide a disability letter).

- Matric certificate and/or other relevant qualifications (please specify in your CV).

- SARS Clearance Certificate.

- Past 3 months bank statements.

- Detailed CV.

- Copy of ID.
