**Program Overview:**

Successful candidates will engage in a comprehensive learnership program, participating in multiple construction-related disciplines such as:

- Road Construction and Rehabilitation

- Bulk Earthworks and Landfills

- Pipelines and Underground Services

- Bridges and Concrete Structures

- Road Surfacing and Maintenance

- Trenchless Solutions

- Low-Cost Housing and Services

- Synthetic Playing Fields

- Erosion Protection and Gabions

- Crushing and Screening

During this gap year, you will earn a salary and receive hands-on training in Construction Roadworks and Supervision, setting a strong foundation for your future studies and career.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

- Must be in Grade 12 in 2024.

- Must be a South African citizen.

- Must intend to study Civil Engineering or Construction Management in 2026.

- Must have a minimum of 60% in Pure Mathematics, Mathematics Literacy, Technical Mathematics, and Physical Science.

**Bursary Opportunities:**

Bursaries will be awarded upon successful completion of the Gap Year Program based on:

- Overall performance on-site during the Gap Year.

- Acceptance into one of the sponsored tertiary institutions to pursue a BSc, BEng, BEng Tech, or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.

- Final selections are made by an internal committee.
