**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team at Pines Clinic in Worcester. Candidates with psychiatric experience will be given preference, as we strive to enhance the quality of care for our patients with specialized needs.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

- Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized patient care plans.

- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Support patients with daily activities and therapeutic interventions.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Adhere to all clinical protocols and standards of practice.


**Requirements:**

- Must be a registered Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the relevant nursing council.

- Previous psychiatric nursing experience is highly advantageous.

- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
