**Position:** Warehouse Clerk  

**Location:** Johannesburg  

**Employment Type:** Full-Time  


MacDonald's Transport and Warehousing, a well-established and rapidly growing group of companies with a commitment to equal opportunity, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg.


### Qualifications and Competencies:


- **Education:** Grade 12

- **Experience:** Minimum of three years in a relevant role

- **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- **Languages:** Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)

- **Additional Knowledge:** Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations in a warehouse setting

- **Attributes:** Friendly, service-oriented, and excellent administrative skills


### Key Responsibilities:


#### Administration:

- Accurately capture and complete all documentation in line with company standards.

- Report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.

- Maintain high attention to detail for all inward and outward stock movements.

- Complete daily inspections.

- Submit packing and unpacking sheets in a timely manner.

- Ensure offloading and loading sheets are submitted on time.


#### Operations:

- Ensure goods are received and dispatched in good condition and meet customer standards.

- Report any damages to the supervisor immediately and ensure proper material separation to avoid contamination.

- Perform daily housekeeping duties.

- Capture and correctly download photographs of inward and outward cargo.

- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handovers to avoid errors and ensure clear communication.

- Conduct accurate container inspections and seal verifications.

- Submit data accurately and in a timely manner.
