**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a qualified Grader Operator with operational knowledge of opencast mining and earth-moving equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a grader (CAT 140K) and must demonstrate a commitment to safety and teamwork.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate grader equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the grader.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operations.
**Requirements:**
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Grader certificate and operating license (CAT 140K).
- Code 10 Driver's License.
- Medically fit for duty.
- Operational knowledge of opencast mining and earth-moving equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read and write.
- No criminal record.
- Must understand the importance of working safely.
- Have symbol A Dover test results.
