**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about vehicle finance.

- Assist clients with finance applications and ensure all documentation is complete.

- Maintain positive and professional communication with clients via phone and email.

- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

- Stay updated on finance and insurance products to offer clients the best solutions.

**Requirements:**

- Matric qualification (Grade 12).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent phone etiquette.

- Enthusiasm for customer service.

- Motivated and outgoing personality.

- Finance and insurance related qualification is advantageous but not required.
