**Learnership Description:**  

Tracker Connect is offering a Call Centre Learnership NQF Level 4 to 25 young South Africans at its Head Office in Johannesburg. This learnership program is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and experience to excel in customer service roles within a call centre setting.

**Requirements:**  

- South African Citizen with a valid SA ID  

- Ages between 18 and 35 with no Criminal Record  

- Grade 12 / Matric qualification with a D / level 4 pass in English  

- Currently unemployed and not studying full-time  

- Passion for customer service and a professional attitude  

- Clear and professional communication skills  

- Excellent interpersonal skills and detail orientation  

- Desire and potential to learn  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment  

- Basic computer skills
