We are offering a Call Centre Learnership at NQF Level 4, based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg. This Learnership aims to equip unemployed youth with essential call centre skills, experience, and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Candidate Requirements:**  

- Citizenship: South African citizen with a valid SA ID.

- Age: Between 18 and 35 years.

- Educational Background: Matric pass in English (D/Level 4).

- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not engaged in full-time studies.

- Skills and Attributes:

  - Passion for customer service.

  - Clear and professional communication.

  - Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills.

  - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  - Basic computer proficiency.
