**About Sun Slots Shared Services:**

Sun Slots Shared Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a professional and experienced Temporary Receptionist to join our Human Resources Department in Cape Town. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operation of the reception area, managing the switchboard, and providing secretarial support to the executive team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Switchboard Management:** Handle all incoming calls efficiently and professionally.

- **Reception Area:** Maintain full responsibility for the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.

- **Guest Reception:** Professionally receive and assist guests.

- **Meeting Room Management:** Oversee bookings for the Boardroom and Meeting rooms.

- **Staff Monitoring:** Track and monitor daily staff movements.

- **Office Administration:** Perform general office administrative tasks.

- **Secretarial Duties:** Provide secretarial support to the Sun Slots Shared Services Executive team and handle any other ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Grade 12 or equivalent.

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment.

- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Good speaking voice and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure, proactive, and self-driven.

- Presents in a professional manner at all times.
