**Program Duration:** 3-6 Months

**About the Program:**
Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and waste management? Join our Waste Management Skills Program and become a skilled professional in the waste management sector. We are looking for dedicated Skills Development Providers (SDPs), Facilitators, and Assessors to deliver training and support for our comprehensive waste management programs.
**Available Opportunities:**
- Environmental Management
- Waste Management Skills Programmes (including Collection, Dismantling, Sorting, Working with Hazardous Materials)
- Waste Management SMME Support Programme
**Program Details:**
- LGSETA Unit Standards: 119557, 119555, and/or 123369
**Qualification Criteria:**
- Age: Between 18 and 28
- Residency: Must reside in Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Limpopo, or Eastern Cape
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality training and facilitation in waste management and environmental practices.
- Assess learners' performance according to LGSETA standards.
- Provide support and mentorship to learners throughout the program.
- Ensure compliance with all program guidelines and standards.
- Assist in the development and improvement of training materials and methods.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant qualifications and experience in waste management, environmental management, or related fields.
- Certified facilitator and/or assessor credentials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Commitment to promoting environmental sustainability and best practices in waste management.
