**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a seasoned Site Manager with proven experience in residential construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure project success.

**Minimum Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.

- National diploma/degree in Construction Management or relevant field.

- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

- Good knowledge of MS Office essentials; MS Projects experience is advantageous.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure contractual conditions are met.

- Manage and motivate site workers, maintaining a positive labour relations environment.

- Prepare internal and external reports regarding job status.

- Plan to prevent and resolve any emerging problems on-site.

- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the project.

- Ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques are employed.
