**Position Overview:**

The Site Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the administrative functions of our site operations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct daily reconciliations and manage costing processes.

- Capture and manage site payroll hours and machine hours.

- Oversee site complements and ensure proper documentation.

- Handle procurement functions, including ordering goods for the site and ensuring all orders are received.

- Create, process, and manage client invoices and payments.


**Requirements:**

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.

- Administration qualification is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with PRP and time attendance systems is an advantage.

- Valid driver's license and own transport.

- Must be willing to undergo a medical assessment.
