**Learnership Description:**  

Sasol invites unemployed graduates to apply for the Chemical Plant Operators Learnerships 2024. This learnership programme aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the designated field of expertise.

**Purpose of Job:**  

To participate in and complete the Learnership programme for the designated field of expertise.

**Responsibilities:**  

- Apply emergency procedures and task risk assessment.

- Identify hazards and participate in risk assessments.

- Attend daily morning meetings to discuss work assignments.

- Support business goals and meet deadlines.

- Provide feedback to supervisors on work progress.

- Participate in root cause analyses and provide feedback to RCA teams.

- Conduct risk assessments to improve safety.

- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to waste disposal procedures.

**Requirements:**  

- Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in:

  - Technical Mathematics or Mathematics SG/HG

  - English or Business English SG/HG

  - Technical or Physical Science SG/HG

- Proficiency in Mathematics and Engineering Science.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Commitment to learning and development.
