4. **Hairdresser**

   - **Type:** Learnership

   - **Duration:** 8 months

   - **Number of Beneficiaries:** 200

5. **Further Education and Training Certificate: New Venture Creation for Registered Business Owners**

   - **NQF Level:** 4

   - **Type:** Skills Programme

**Eligibility:**

- South African citizens who are unemployed and residing around Vhembe District Municipality.

- Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years old.

- Women and disabled persons are encouraged to apply.
