**Position Summary:**  

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for the transportation of various documents, goods, and equipment using company vehicles to fulfill customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Reviewing daily instructions for deliveries or pickups.

2. Retrieving company mail from the post office and distributing it to the appropriate departments.

3. Transporting equipment, documents, or petty cash to and from internal or external clients.

4. Maintaining a comprehensive logbook with tracking numbers for all deliveries and pickups.

5. Providing transportation for employees to regional offices as necessary.

6. Managing a message book to accurately record and relay messages to the office.

7. Offering basic administrative support in the office, such as photocopying, shredding, filing, and preparing document bundles.

8. Loading paper and replacing toner in office printer machines.

9. Reporting any malfunction of office equipment for maintenance.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Possession of a Public Driver Permit (PDP) and a valid South African Driver's License.

- High school diploma (Matric/Senior Certificate).

- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar driver role.

- Proficiency in map reading, GPS navigation, and motor fault diagnosis.
