**Job Title:** Driver / Messenger: Facilities and Record Management

**Salary:** R183,279 per annum (Level 04)
**Position Overview:**
The Department of Public Service and Administration is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver/Messenger for our Facilities and Record Management team in the Capricorn District. This role is essential in ensuring efficient mail distribution, document delivery, and providing transport services for the district office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Distribute mail and collect/deliver documents within the district.
- Provide transportation services for district office staff as required.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
**Requirements:**
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Messenger/Driver.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Effective communication, writing, time management, and conflict management skills.
