**About Alert Patrol Security Services:**  

Alert Patrol Security Services is a reputable security company providing comprehensive security solutions in the Hartenbos area. We are currently seeking dedicated Control Room Operators to join our team and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

**Position Overview:**  

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security alarms, CCTV cameras, and communication systems. You will play a crucial role in coordinating security responses and ensuring swift and effective actions during emergencies.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

- Coordinate with security personnel and emergency services as required.

- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.

- Perform regular checks and tests on security equipment and systems.

- Provide clear and concise communication to security teams and clients.

- Follow established protocols and procedures for security operations.

**Requirements:**  

- PSIRA grade C qualification.

- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Bilingual proficiency (English and Afrikaans).

- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

- Previous experience in a similar position is imperative.

- Own reliable transport.

- Must reside in Hartenbos/Mossel Bay or nearby areas.
