**About Gold Circle:**

Gold Circle is seeking dynamic, vibrant, and ambitious individuals to participate in a 12-month Contact Centre Operations Learnership Programme. We are committed to providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, and successful completion of the programme leads to a SAQA-accredited qualification in FET: Contact Centre Operations at NQF Level 4.

**Programme Details:**

- Duration: 12 months

- Employment Type: Fixed-term employment with Gold Circle

- Monthly Stipend provided

- Classroom training

- Practical Call Centre environment workplace experience

- SAQA-accredited qualification upon successful completion

- Mentoring and coaching provided

**Applicant Requirements:**

- South African citizen with a valid SA ID

- Age between 18 and 34 (youth) with no criminal record

- Grade 12 certificate

- Currently unemployed and not studying full-time

- Not participating in any other Learnership programme

- Commitment to the Learnership programme for 12 months

- Passion for customer service with a professional attitude

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

- Ability to complete formative and summative assessments after each module
