Connect Financial Solutions is offering exciting internship opportunities for unemployed graduates in 2024. We are part of the JD Group, one of South Africa’s largest wholesale and retail groups. Our internship program, funded by retail SETA, aims to provide structured work-integrated learning experiences to young, motivated graduates.  

**Internship Description:**  

We are seeking young, vibrant, and passionate graduates to join our team for a 12-month internship program. During this program, interns will gain hands-on experience in various functions of Connect Financial Solutions. The internship is designed to develop high-performing graduates who will contribute to our growth journey and build successful careers.  

**Responsibilities:**  

- Attend all onboarding and induction programs to understand different functions of the company.

- Execute duties under the supervision of senior employees.

- Conduct research and document trends in areas such as new technology, best practices, etc.

- Gain hands-on experience by visiting different locations/stores.

- Prepare and deliver presentations based on assigned tasks.

- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives.

**Fields of Study:**  

We are looking for graduates with degrees or diplomas in the following fields:

- Marketing Management

- Human Resource Management

- Industrial Psychology

- Digital Marketing

- IT / Data Analyst

**Selection Criteria:**  

To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Suitably Qualified from an accredited University/Tertiary institution.

- Unemployed at the time of application.

- South African Citizen with a valid SA ID.

- Under the age of 32.
