**Position Overview:**

CPI is seeking an experienced and skilled Blockman to join our team in Alexandra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the meat industry, with expertise in various meat preparation techniques and cuts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Skillfully prepare and cut different types of meat.

- Debone various meat types efficiently.

- Manufacture mince and boerewors to high standards.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the meat industry.

- Proficiency in meat preparation and familiarity with different meat cuts.

- Ability to debone different meat types.

- Experience in manufacturing mince and boerewors.

- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

**Remuneration:**
