**Position Overview:**
HR Professional Interventions (HRPI) is seeking a self-driven and competent Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of three lodges. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and relevant experience in hospitality or management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage administrative tasks, staff, and bookings for three lodges.
- Oversee all operational aspects to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or management is advantageous.
