**Position Overview:**

TRSS is seeking a skilled Alarm & CCTV Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various alarm systems and CCTV equipment. This role requires a thorough knowledge of multiple alarm types and systems, as well as strong technical skills and a commitment to customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install and maintain alarm systems including IDS (hardwired and wireless), Paradox (hardwired and wireless), Texecom, and DSC Neo & Power Series.

- Upload and configure alarm panels.

- Install and maintain outdoor beams and equipment.

- Handle radio transmitters such as RDC (RF-Contact ID and GSM), FSK (RF-Contact ID and GSM), and Olarm.

- Provide basic installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an alarm technician.

- Extensive knowledge of various alarm types and systems.

- Proficiency in handling outdoor beams and equipment.

- Familiarity with radio transmitters (RDC, FSK, Olarm).

- Valid driver's license.

- Computer literacy.

- Clear, contactable references.

- Clear criminal record (non-negotiable).

- Willingness to work long hours.

- Excellent customer liaison skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- SAIDSA accredited.

- PSIRA registered.
