**Education and Experience:**  


- High School Qualification.

- 1 to 2 years of job-related experience in Customer Services.

- Relevant experience with the GDS System (Amadeus) is essential or considered an added advantage.

- Certification in IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course can be considered.


**Communication Skills:**  


- Must be fluent in English and additionally proficient in Italian, Mandarin, or Cantonese depending on the specific job location.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage calls in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrates active listening skills, resilience, and professionalism under stress.
