**Position Overview:**
The Administrator will be responsible for managing general administrative duties and reception tasks. We are looking for a proactive individual who is a quick learner, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, process, and track all incoming orders from customers.
- Prepare customer quotations and handle invoicing.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide support.
- Operate the switchboard, answer calls, take messages, and manage general reception duties.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Support administrative colleagues as needed and ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain office housekeeping to the required standard.
**Desired Experience & Qualifications:**
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Pastel for invoicing purposes.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software.
- Ability to use Google Maps for determining distances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Own transport and a valid driver's license are essential.
