**Position Overview:**
We are seeking 24 Administration Clerks to join our team in various provinces. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in public service. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting the department’s functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Minimum Requirements:**
- Grade 12 certificate.
- No prior experience necessary.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- National Higher Certificate/Diploma (NQF Level 5).
**Additional Requirements:**
- Possession of a driver’s license may be necessary.
**Competencies:**
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two official languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
