**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join our team in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation and execution of auctions, maintain accurate records, and manage various administrative tasks.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the preparation and execution of auctions, including on-site support.

- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks.

- Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurately filed.

- Provide general administrative support to the auction team.


**Knowledge and Skills Required:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with Sage accounting software.

- Strong spelling and grammar skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently.

- Availability to work weekends, especially Saturdays.
