**Responsibilities:**
As an Administrator at Bidvest Vericon, your key performance areas will include:
- Human resources management support
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints
- Offering administrative support by managing phone calls, appointments, and correspondence
- Maintaining and updating company records and documentation
- Office management tasks such as inventory control and liaising with vendors
- Financial management including recording business transactions and managing office equipment
