As a key player in the industry, we operate with trackless mechanised mining equipment and uphold a strong tradition of innovation and technical expertise in platinum group metals production.
## Position Overview: Master Artisan (TMM) (C3)
**Role Requirements:**
- Grade 12/NQF 4 equivalent
- Section 13/26 (D) Mechanical/Electrical/Millwright Trade Certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a TMM mining environment
- Extensive experience on low-profile Drill Rigs and Roof Bolters (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license (code B, EB, or C1)
- Medical Certificate of Fitness
- Competent in working in confined spaces
- No major sensory restrictions
**Key Performance Areas:**
- Construction, repair, and maintenance of engineering installations
- Continuous analysis to minimize wastage
- Adherence to safety regulations and maintaining acceptable working conditions
- Support in overall business management
- Achievement and exceeding of monthly production targets
- Building a strong, motivated team
**Important to Note:**
- Willingness to work standby, overtime, and shifts
- Own transport is essential
