**Role Requirements:**

- **Education:** Attainable with a Grade 12/NQF 4 equivalent

- **Certifications:** Hold a Blasting Certificate of Competency and a recognized Shift Supervisor Certificate (advantageous)

- **Skills:** Demonstrate good English communication skills and possess a valid First Aid Certificate

- **Experience:** Accumulate at least three (3) years' working experience as a Miner in a trackless underground mining environment

**Key Performance Areas:**

- Safely achieve production targets aligned with quality standards.

- Efficiently plan and control crew activities.

- Supervise and inspect completed work.

- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and practices.
