🎓 Minimum Requirement: NQF 6 in any ICT-related qualification

🌐 What You’ll Learn

This internship gives you direct exposure to critical IT functions, including:
✔️ Incident, Problem & Change Management
✔️ IT Asset Register Management (hardware & software)
✔️ Asset tagging, audits, procurement support & compliance
✔️ Logging, categorizing & escalating IT support requests
✔️ First-line technical support & workstation troubleshooting
✔️ Desktop installations, OS upgrades & connectivity fixes
✔️ Monitoring networks, applications & servers
✔️ Responding to alerts, compiling system health reports
✔️ Managing change requests, coordinating CAB meetings & preparing dashboards

You'll be working under the guidance of the GM: Service Management, ensuring world-class exposure and industry-level skills development.
