As a Supervisor at Pedros, you’ll play a key role in driving the restaurant forward, including:

Overseeing daily restaurant/take-away operations

Maintaining top-tier food quality and strict adherence to PEDROS SOPs

Managing stock control, purchasing, and orders

Handling customer complaints and ensuring world-class service

Motivating staff to meet sales and GP% targets

Leading teams, managing rosters, and driving performance

Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

Contributing to a positive, fast-moving work culture
🎯 What You’ll Need
To qualify, you should bring:

At least 1 year of Restaurant/Fast-Food service experience

GAAP / Micros knowledge (advantageous)

Strong leadership and management abilities

Good organisational skills

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Problem-solving capability and a proactive attitude
