🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Manager, you’ll help run the restaurant efficiently while creating memorable experiences for customers. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily restaurant/takeaway operations

Maintaining Pedros’ food quality and SOP standards
-
Managing stock control, purchasing, and orders
-
Handling customer complaints & maintaining top-tier service
-
Maximising sales, profitability & motivating your team
-
Managing staff discipline, performance & rosters
-
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations
-
Working closely with a dynamic team to grow the store
🎯 What You Need to Qualify
If you tick these boxes, you're already ahead:

Minimum 1 year experience in Restaurant or Fast-Food service

GAAP/Micros experience is a bonus

Strong management & organizational skills

Excellent customer service & communication
