🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Store Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in running daily restaurant operations:

Oversee the entire restaurant/takeaway operation
-
Maintain top-tier food quality standards and uphold all Pedros SOPs
-
Manage stock control, purchasing, and daily orders
-
Handle customer complaints & ensure excellent service
-
Motivate your team to hit profitability, sales & GP% targets
-
Lead staff management, rosters, and discipline
-
Ensure health & safety compliance
-
Work closely with the team to drive the store forward
✅ What You Need
If you meet these requirements, you’re already ahead:

At least 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
-
Experience with GAAP or Micros (advantageous)
-
Strong management & organizational skills
-
Good customer service & communication
-
Solid problem-solving abilities
