💼 What You’ll Be Doing
This role places you at the heart of early talent development. You'll be responsible for:
🎯 Attraction & Branding
-
Engaging with universities, law faculties, student societies and graduate markets
-
Running insight events & attraction campaigns
-
Creating marketing content (webpages, induction packs, programme guides)
-
Using social media to attract and engage young talent
📝 Recruitment & Programme Delivery
-
Planning and delivering vacation programmes, internships & legal training contracts
-
Managing candidates from application → assessment centre → offer
-
Facilitating assessment centres using advanced recruitment platforms
-
Collaborating with UK and SA senior stakeholders
🌱 Development & Coaching
-
Supporting interns and Candidate Attorneys throughout their journey

Conducting appraisals and guiding their professional growth

Identifying training needs & helping shape development programmes
🔍 What You Need to Bring

A degree and experience in a professional services environment

Strong early talent recruitment knowledge

Excellent communication & presentation skills
-
Highly organised, confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about developing future leaders

A calm, professional, self-starter attitude
