### **Key Responsibilities**  

As a Grade RRR Teacher, you will:  

- Manage a Grade RRR class effectively.  

- Perform all tasks and responsibilities expected of a teacher at a SAVF Day Care Centre.  

- Foster a nurturing and disciplined classroom environment conducive to early childhood learning.

### **Qualifications and Skills**  

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:  

#### **Essential Qualifications**  

- A **Grade 12 qualification**.  

- Relevant **tertiary qualifications** in Foundation Phase Education.  

- **SAPS clearance certificate** for working with children.  

#### **Skills and Attributes**  

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.  

- Good managerial abilities and classroom management skills.  

- Proficiency in both **Afrikaans** and **English** (spoken and written), as teaching will be conducted in Afrikaans.  

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  

- Must be **responsible**, **honest**, **trustworthy**, and **patient**.  

- **Computer literacy** is required.  

#### **Experience**  

- Prior experience in early childhood education or managing young learners is advantageous.
