As the Chief Professional Nurse, you will:  

- Implement nursing care policies effectively.  

- Supervise and guide nursing staff.  

- Apply and manage nursing care plans.  

- Perform general nursing tasks with diligence.

## **Qualifications and Experience**  

To be considered for this position, you must have:  

- **Educational Background:**  

  - Grade 12 qualification  

  - Nursing diploma or degree  

- **Certifications:**  

  - Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)  

  - Indemnity cover  

  - SAPS clearance  

Additional qualifications and experience that will be advantageous include:  

- Knowledge of elderly care practices.  

- Proficiency in nursing administration and management of nursing services.  

- Experience in interpreting and applying nursing policies.  

- On-the-job training of nursing staff.  

- Familiarity with SAVF policies and procedures.
